Important, the Windows prompt during installation asks for PC Administrator credentials from your IT department. Do not enter your FS Pro account email and password there. You will use your FS Pro credentials after installation inside Microsoft Word.

If a Windows popup appears like the one below, it is asking for Administrator credentials from IT. Your FS Pro account will not work in that dialog.
